Unused samples may be stored for future use unless otherwise requested.

Custom jewelry takes 4–8 weeks from the date we receive your sample.

We ship domestically and internationally via trusted courier partners.

Shipping fees and delivery timeframes will be shown at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

In case of defects or damage upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos.
